I'm a UX designer and consultant who leads with strategy and brings both structure and heart to every project. With a background in psychology and user research, I start with people before I start solving. I lead teams and projects from discovery through delivery, keeping the work coherent across stakeholders all the way to launch. I integrate AI into my workflow throughout for research, synthesis, competitive analysis, and design validation.
Outside of work you'll find me hiking a trail, tending to my garden, or pairing the perfect wine with a favorite dish. I believe creativity flows best when we stay connected to people, to nature, and to meaningful problems worth solving.

I start every project by understanding people before I start solving problems. I make sure the why is solid before anyone touches the how. That foundation is what keeps design decisions coherent when things get complicated.
I lead projects from the first research question through to launch. That means keeping stakeholders aligned, keeping product and business goals pointed in the same direction, and making sure the work holds together all the way through.
I integrate AI into my workflow throughout each project for research, synthesis, competitive analysis, and design validation. Not as a shortcut, but as a way to move faster without losing depth. This portfolio was built entirely with Claude, which is the most direct way I know to demonstrate that.
I manage projects as well as design them. I keep timelines, coordinate teams, align stakeholders, and translate between product and business goals. Having both skill sets in one person means fewer handoff problems and a clearer path from idea to shipped product.
